For those who enjoy the superb art of David Hockney or simply appreciate stunning countryside walks, following the Hockney Trail to discover the serene landscapes which served as inspiration for his paintings is most certainly a worthwhile pursuit, whilst the large resort of Scarborough is few minutes' drive away and the stunning countryside of the North York Moors is ripe for exploring.
